The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, they received a parcel for me before my arrival and set everything up perfectly. I'm sure my room was an upgrade from what I booked and the design was stunning, the slippers are super comfy and the bathroom was clean and lovely. With a few upgrades and attention to wear and tear this could easily be a 5 star. I felt like the Queen of Sheba with every arrival and departure. I would revisit in a heartbeat to discover more of their comfy areas and offerings.

I celebrated my 40th birthday on the trip and the staff really did their best to make the birthday special: the room was decorated beautifully, I received a cake and a gift- all very nice appreciated gestures. My daughter loved the interior and the friendliness of the staff.

The room was small but comfortable, with a very cosy bed and a nice bathroom with a great shower. It was perfect for a couple of nights. The neighbourhood felt safe and was relatively quiet, which made it easy to rest. Staff were lovely and welcoming, and the location was ideal — only about a 6-minute walk to King’s Cross Station. For the price and location, it offered excellent value and a really pleasant stay.
