The suite was lovely and spacious. There was tea,coffe, hot chocolate and biscuits n the room. The receptionist and all the staff were extremely helpful and very welcoming. The food at the restaurant was very well presented and of very good quality. My daughter found a card with a sweet message from the turn down service team next to her little bunny and bear which were tucked in the bed covered with little blankets made of tissue paper! How sweet! Thank you for this memorable stay!

After being harassed and embaressed by the Inverness police in the parking lot in broad daylight with all the management and staff watching, after that I was in fact treated like a King @ the KIngsmills Hotel. All the staff and all employees were great and welcomed me warmly. Defenitely would return if ever given the chance. Miles
