Wonderful rural location just off the A12 and a 10 minute walk into Dedham village, plenty of free parking, friendly staff, beautifully decorated and furnished buildings, facilities set over three sites within two or three minutes drive of each other but staff will ferry you backwards and forwards, room and breakfast excellent value and high-end restaurant serves delicious food.

Holiday Inn Ipswich Orwell has a convenient location, with good access to the region's major roads.

Good service great room diner was good and a excellent breakfast. Wish there was a B&B in lichfield where we are today in a premier inn expensive bad service
