The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, they received a parcel for me before my arrival and set everything up perfectly. I'm sure my room was an upgrade from what I booked and the design was stunning, the slippers are super comfy and the bathroom was clean and lovely. With a few upgrades and attention to wear and tear this could easily be a 5 star. I felt like the Queen of Sheba with every arrival and departure. I would revisit in a heartbeat to discover more of their comfy areas and offerings.

The location is a great asset: quiet, yet very centrally, within easy walking distance of St Pancras railway station and Russel Square, and British Museum for instance. The building is authentic on the outside and modern and convenient inside.
