Wonderful location. The restaurant and lounge was great. The rooms were a great size and very comfortable. The staff were wonderful, in particular Kaysi at the front desk who answered any questions we had, gave us plenty of insight on the city, and even gave a souvenir to take to my parents who had such a good experience with the hotel 8 years prior. Without a doubt, will return next time in Derry.

Me and my daughter had a brilliant stay! The beds were so comfy the hotel was lovely and the location is just perfect for shopping etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

    We stayed here again for one night as we had tickets for the millennium forum. The hotel's location is excellent as you are walking distance from everything. We didn't get into the free carpark but at another a few streets away for 7.20 pounds for 24 hrs. The hotel and staff are lovely and just as you would want.
