We absolutely loved our stay at Baloci. The interior is beautifully designed — a perfect mix of elegance and charming eccentricity, with lots of thoughtful details and character throughout. The location is excellent: situated on a quiet street, yet just a short drive from the city centre. It felt peaceful and tucked away, while still being close to everything we needed. A true gem in Birmingham — we’d happily stay again!

Far too expensive and busy.

Far too expensive and busy. Too many people in at one time . If you're planning on going look before online for a discount or Groupon or something. Very expensive for what you get. Staff on corners inside trying to get you to have your photo taken for more money, VR Experience inside but not included and want more money from you. Otter enclosure was far too small, couldn't see the advertised octopus anywhere. The penguins enclosure was tiny. Clearly making a fortune this place but to be honest other than electricity i can't see where its going. I wouldn't return.
