The property was reasonably clean and the staff were easy to reach and communicate with. As I was travelling to the University of Birmingham, the location was excellent: close to the university, and easy to reach from central Birmingham.

The hotel coffee shop and restaurant offer good quality breakfast and reasonably priced meal. The room facility is new, well designed and very clean. Since we are to join the function held in the Hotel conference, it was very perfect for our stay. This hotel is located next to the University of Birmingham, and private schools, so in the midst of peaceful and safe vicinity.
