Absolute beautiful property at the price range. The 2 ladies at the reception were very helpful they helped us even with our luggage. Although i would say that the variety of food was a bit less in the breakfast but nonetheless the food was tasty

A wonderful pub. The rooms are in a neighboring building and parking is plentiful. The reception was extremely friendly, the breakfast is perfect. You can also have dinner in the pub, which we recommend.

The hotel was clean with friendly staff, the buffet breakfast was very enjoyable.

Perfect location, generous size bedrooms, excellent breakfast and one of the nicest service. Extra: the mattress and duvet take you to the deepest sleep. Willl get back on our next stay at Leamington Spa.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Nothing was missing and next day the room was again clean and in perfect condition! Breakfast was pretty good and the staff very nice and helpful.
