The building was really beautiful. Abbie, the reception manager was a star. The staff all around were really good. Food was pretty well done too!

Everything was exellent. The hotel resides in an historical manor built in 17th century on the bank of river Severn which served as the home for noble Worcester families. I will remember the atmosphere of it for the rest of my life. The service and personel were out of rank.

Absolutely amazing, staff were really friendly and accommodating, nothing too much trouble. The spa area is gorgeous. It was for a special occasion and they left a card and a treat in the bedroom. Cocktails were amazing too! Will be back, loved it.
