Lovely cozy hotel. We stayed just for one night but really liked it. The room was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Since the location suited us, I guess we found good balance of price and quality.

The staff and the hotel really deserves our highest recommendation. Apart from it being super spacious for our family with royalty feeling that our kids especially loved, and with a brilliant sheltered parking in such a central location, the staff went out of their way to help us and to bring us two times things we had forgotten at the hotel. 10 stars from us!!

The staff’s attention to detail and their eagerness to assist made me feel well taken care of. It was hard to believe that HOTEL WEST TBILISI is rated as a 3-star hotel; my experience was definitely more aligned with that of a 4-star establishment.
