This stay was truly one of the highlights of my week-long trip to Georgia. The care we received was unmatched - from the warm welcome and the tour of the property (along with the family’s story) to the incredible breakfast. We even got to buy souvenirs at their home: their own wine and chacha, made from fruit grown in their garden! The room and bed were very comfortable, with enough space for all our belongings. The details of the home were wonderful - the parquet floors, wooden doors, and furniture gave it a lot of charm. Everything was well-organized and clean. There’s parking available on the property, and the city is just a short walk down the hill. We also visited Sisters restaurant, which was a hit (make sure to book in advance, as it fills up quickly!). Will definitely be coming back here, when in Kutaisi.

Nice place away from crowded city centre. We arrived very late night at it was no problem for the host. You can walk to city centre or if you are lazy you can use the taxy or bolt for 1km as well. Breakfast is very good and worth every lari. Rooms clean, our room had nice view as well. Nothing to complain.
