Amazing hospitable experience! The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. We felt really cared for during our stay. We encounted an issue with the toilet on the first night and it was immediately resolved. They helped us with communicating with the taxi drivers and they even helped in carrying our luggage to the room. The hotel and our room was beautiful! The view from our 2nd floor balcony overlooking the city was the best. The bathroom had bidet. We loved the breakfast! The buffet had plenty of options, we could even order eggs benedict, shakshouka and guacamole bread. The serving time for these was really fast. The view from the rooftop restaurant is amazing! We really enjoyed the breakfast everyday. The restaurant food is also great, I tried one of their dishes for dinner and it was really nicely served in our hotel room. Overall, amazing experience in this hotel.

Really great hotel, excellent location and views. The family room is actually 2 connected rooms which is really convenient and comfortable. The staff is great, they always made us feel at home and were extremely helpful. We did one tour organized by the hotel and it was wonderful. Breakfast is very good.

I had an amazing stay at this property! The staff went above and beyond to help me with a unique request, and their kindness and professionalism truly stood out. The mattress was incredibly comfortable. The room was spotless, and the attention to cleanliness was impressive. To top it all off, the view of the river from my window was breathtaking. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back again!

The fort is not open. So its just you can walk around this.

The fort is not open. So its just you can walk around this. The view of the city is nice. If you are entering through Rike park - cable car, you can get the souvenirs for a cheaper rate than from Maidan (that was my experience)

Decent place for the price. Location is unbeatable — very close to sulphur baths and the Narikala fortress. However, the bathroom could use some renovation, and the Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak in our room. Overall, a solid stay if you’re not too picky.

This is a great place to stay in the heart of Tbilisi. Everything is within walking distance: cafes, parks, shops, Narikala Fortress, the Botanical Garden, and the sulfur baths. It's amazing. The hostess and her daughter are true Georgians who can tell you a lot about the country and its traditions, as well as recommend great places to visit in the city. The atmosphere is homey. The breakfasts are hearty and made using traditional Georgian recipes. I highly recommend it.
