The palace was a beautiful piece of architecture and contains some exquisite interiors. However, the grounds are not well maintained and there is nowhere to get refreshments. The lady in the gift shop kindly gave us a couple of bottles of her own water, which we drank on the wall in the shade of a tree,be cause we were weary and thirsty. The a la carte menu options serving the bar lounge were excellent and the wonderful sea facing patio where you can take your food or be served drinks added to the relaxed aura of the hotel.
