We stayed in one of the club suites, and the service was some of the best I have ever experienced. Staff were extremely accommodating of our children, and catered to our dietary restrictions. Location superb! Staff were A game professionals. Breakfast was sensational. Room was outstanding, amazing outlook. Roof Garden was a hidden gem - wonderful to watch Symphony of Lights from here. Could not fault this hotel.

We moved to this hotel on the 26th december for 2 nights after 3 nights at St Regis and experiencing some very unpleasant matters. The hotel is great, service was excellent, there were plenty of dining options offered inside the hotel, a very well-equipped gym with a beautiful harbor view. We dined at the chinese restaurant (The Legacy House), food was excellent and service was great too from the hostess who welcomed us and brought us to our seats to the staff who took great care of us from the start till the end of our meal.
