Even though I stayed only one night the overall impressions were most favorable. The receptionist was extremely nice and helpful by recommending a pizzeria nearby on a very slow Sunday evening during winter. Very clean room, well maintained, quiet, coffee, tea, sugar bags provided.

I wanted to stay on the water near the city walls of Dubrovnik. This property has it all, location and the luxury of great space (with food service) by the water. Nice balcony on the top floor of the original hotel with a great view of the old city harbour. The breakfast offerings are excellent! Staff is very accommodating to any requests.

The hotel building is indeed a real beautiful palace, very well maintained and tastefully decorated. The furnitures are all very refined, referring to history, arts or antiques. We felt very privileged! The location, in the middle of the old town, could not be better than it is.
