Incredible place to stay! I have 0 complaints. The staff have perfect English and are so helpful with things to do/places to see, the rooms are amazing and comfortable. The location is just outside of the Old Town (15 minute ride). Family, friends, solo, or a couple, I would recommend this to anyone who considers visiting Dubrovnik. Breakfast, pools, hot tubs are also great. On the map it looks far from everything but it's not - strongly recommend!

The family suite was amazing. North American size rooms, 2 large rooms with a lock, comfy beds that dont squeak and 2 bathrooms one with a double sink and a large terrace with unobstructed sea view. Breakfast buffett was huge and fresh. Loved the omlette station and variety if fresh fruit. Also loved that we could use all the amenities at each of the 5 hotels.

This is the main gate - just outside is the starting/ending...

This is the main gate - just outside is the starting/ending point for many of the city's bus routes so it all happens here. The downside is that it is also very busy. You access the walls to walk around from this gate entrance (on you left as you come into the city)

Absolutely perfect location for visiting old town Dubrovnik! Less that 100 yards to the Pile Gate. The owner was exceptionally personable, and he went out of his way to help us find excellent parking for our rental car. The apartment is small, but it worked well for the two of us (father and son). The beds were comfortable and the sofa bed was already made up when we arrived. The apartment is quite small, but the space is efficient, and it worked well for us.

Excellent option in Old Town. Why? 1. The apartment is very nice and cozy, very clean, with many amenities. Coffee, tea, and a full minibar are available, something not so common. The bathroom is perfectly equipped. The bed is very comfortable. 2. The location in Old Town is very good, and walking with suitcases from Pile Gate was easy—just six steps. 3. The host was excellent, always attentive, giving directions, and present at check-in and check-out. By far the best host we've ever had. Thomas thank you so much for your help!

The location could not be any better. A 2 minute walk or so to the Pile Gate the entrance to the old city. And bus and taxie stand plus grocery stores within a a few minutes walk from the apartment.

Lovely apartment in great location. 5 minute walk from Pile Gate. We were met by Luka at the apartment upon our arrival. Comfortable for 4 people ( we had 3). We were happy with our choice. Communication with Luka was also great before our arrival.

Amazing location in the heart of the old town and just 5 minutes on foot from Pile Gate. The little covered balcony (room 5) is a perfect place for breakfast or a g&t before dinner. The apartment is very clean and spacious and serviced every other day. The staff are both friendly and informative and go out of their way to make your stay special.

A lovely stay at this apartment right in the center of old town Dubrovnik. Restaurants and bars are literally right outside the door to the building but it was not noisy inside. Great views of St Blaize's bells, the square, rooftops and Dubrovnik Wall from the apartment. Easy walk to Ploce gate and Pile gate.

We had a warm reception by Jelena after a flight delay that got us into Dubrovnik after 10pm. The apartment was great. New, clean, spacious, well equipped. Parking was easy too with a designated spot. The neighborhood was nice with market and restaurants nearby. Location was great, relatively close to the port from where boats leave for day tours and to the Old Town as well (even though we had a car we took an Uber to the Pile Gate and walked back - ~30min walk). We were 2 adults and 2 kids, and everybody loved the stay and would do it again.
