We loved our stay, the room was cozy, the personnel was kind and helpful, there was a free parking, which was great. The location is very good, because the centre and the castle are very close. We absolutely loved the spa area - we 100 % recommend this place! :)

This was my third stay in Budapest, at the very same hotel, Memories Old Town. The staff never fails to impress you from the beginning of your stay until the very last minute you leave. I was welcomed very warmly as always, waited just for a few minutes (while having their exceptional coffee!) to get into my room which was upgraded thanks to the kindness of the good people at the reception. I had already mentioned in my previous reviews the overall design, silence and comfort of the property, as well as its very central location, and I would like to highlight them all again. If you are staying at least 2-3 days, choose this hotel, buy a Budapest Card (available 24 to 120 hours) and enjoy unlimited rides to buses, trams and metro from the stops that are only minutes away from the building! Overall, Memories Old Town is amongst the top hotels I have ever stayed in, and I will always remember the natural kindness of the staff and my time and memories in Budapest with a smile!

From the moment we booked our stay at this hotel, the staff was very kind to us. Offering us a great upgrade deal, spacious room with a stunning design! It all looked new, clean, and modern! The receptionists were amazing, always kind and willing to help us with any questions! And the people in charge of cleaning the rooms made sure that every day the room was top notch clean!
