I cannot say enough about the staff. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Especially Andrew who checked us in at reception. Location was great. It is a very pleasant visit.

It is a very pleasant visit. The rooms are bright and the collections are beautiful. When you finish the castle visit, don't forget to visit Chester Beatty Gallery, , which lies on the castle grounds and you will have a full day to remember.

It is not what I expected. Interesting but a little dull.

It is not what I expected. Interesting but a little dull. Disappointed also that the “cafe” detailed in the gate entrance to the castle is no longer inside the castle courtyard as before. Now you have to walk outside the castle, around the chapel, and back alley or entrance, to a garden courtyard that takes you to another building not associated at all with the castle. That along with the renovation going on to what seems to be the chapel, made this whole experience very unpleasant. As well, castle had not any audio machines available for our self-tour and there were no guided tours available either. Not worth it.

Well worth buying at Dublin Castle, the annual pass OPW for 30 euros to see many wonderful buildings and gardens. The castle itself is one of the tours you can take - and you see the marvelous art, as well as parts not seen by the general public.

Perfect location, right in the middle between the Guinness Storehouse and Temple Bar areas, with Dublin Castle, Jameson Factory, etc. also very close by. We were pleased to find laundry facilities in our unit. Plenty of room and everything you would need for a short or long stay. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite, which was nice.

What an excellent location within walking distance to good sites. Close to Christchurch, Dublin castle, temple bar and shopping. The staff accommodated us with a requested early check in as we came from an overnight flight from USA. My son got airlock and being able to sleep in a bed earlier than excepted was amazing.

This hotel has great location. We were able to walk everywhere. Temple Bar, Dublin Castle, Christ Church, St Peter's church, all are within walking distance. Only thing lacking is breakfast, they just have coffee and same pastries. Person at the desk did recommend a cafe just down the road, Rosie's and that was perfect for breakfast. Overall, a very good experience!
