The room was beautiful and big. Everything was clean and the beds were really comfortable. Also, we had a problem with the plugs (didn't bring the EU-UK adapter) and the girl at the reception was absolutely amazing about it, helped us to find where we could find one and to print out boarding passes in case we didn't manage to find the adapter.

What a beautiful home and generous host who picked up some basic groceries to get us started. She met us and oriented us to everything in the home. It is spacious, comfortable, well-equipped and just lovely to spend time in with friends. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time at Lisa's property and will recommend it to others heartily. Great stay in Great location! Walking distance to pubs/restaurants and very close to many hikes in Glendalough National Park.

I only stayed at Heather House for a little over 12 hours, checking in after roaming around Glendalough before needing to leave for an early flight. The person I checked in with—whose name I can’t remember unfortunately!—was very kind and helpful. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the property is adorable. It’s a five-minute drive from Glendalough trails, which were a delight to walk around. The restaurant next door was nice, and the Irish pub down the street was a lovely way to end my night.

This is a quaint hotel in a very small town - great location to visit the Wicklow Mountains National Park and Glendalough. Staff were super friendly! Room was dated but large, clean and quite comfortable. We ate in the pub both evenings - delicious food, great service, lively atmosphere!

relaxing, quiet and unique stay in an absolutely stunning location. it's so easy to do this as a 1-2 night trip from Dublin, and the location is perfect. I didn't have a car and there are easy hiking trails right near the property to get to glendalough and the trails around the lakes; it's also so easy to walk down the hill to the restaurants in the small town. so cute, clean, and a great alternative to a traditional hotel/b&b. host was super friendly and accommodating.
