I have been a frequent Marriott customer for over a decade. This stay was hands down the best experience I’ve had to date. The hotel is beautifully designed and in a great location with easy access to Lulu Mall and the metro. The rooms are very clean and modern. The services are also wonderful. For me, the highlight of the stay was the staff. We had a week long stay where we interacted with several staff members across the various departments of the hotel and the level of service was top notch. Shout out to the following staff members who made our stay extra special: Rince, Shanavas and the concierge team who helped us from arrival to departure with various requests. Akhil and Aakif at the front desk whose calm demeanors were just what you hope for when you have to check in and check out. Milcah, Nasrin, and Arjun of Quan Spa where we were able to relax (spa) and rejuvenate (personal training session) from our long travels. Sajeev, Rahul, Hari, Bibin, Hema, and Sreejith who gave us excellent service at the property’s two restaurants (Kochi Kitchen and Cassava) Last but not least, Sibi and the housekeeping team for keeping our room feeling fresh and well maintained during our stay. If you are in Kochi, I highly recommend in Marriott Kochi. We look forward to going back in the future.

(helped me with the purchase of the sim card and the bus to Munnar) - Wifi - Free drinking water for refilling - New and modern - perfect for 20 USD / night - Bathroom very good - Shower jet very good and hot water - air condition - bed comfortable - Forehand has darkened the room well - You can order food directly from reception (and plates + cutlery are available in the room) - Soap, shampoo and shower gel available - Good location (close to the shopping mall and metro - there is also a good gym nearby - as well as a few good restaurants)
