Amazing service, lovely to see how everyone take pride in their job and the service they provide. We had a different hotel earlier who had better rooms but the people working here made this an amazing experience.

I was impressed by the readiness of the members of the staff to go an extra mile and make the stay of the guests as comfortable as possible. When leaving the hotel it was obvious to me that the expectations for the standard of service was set high by Trident and it will be extremely difficult for any of the other hotels to match it. This has proven to be true.
