The staff are all exceptionall, so polite and friendly. The hotel is immaculate everywhere. Good size rooms, with everything that you need. Nice rooftop pool. The breakfast is one of the best we have had. Loads of choice and good service. They organised a driver for the day for us. The best way to see Mumbai. The pricing was also very reasonable. A special mention to the front desk lady — she was so lovely and always had a warm smile, which truly made me feel welcome after a long flight. The hotel’s location is also perfect — very close to the airport, which is super convenient. I will definitely be coming back to stay here again and will recommend it to my friends as well. Everything, high standard decor colourful and classy. The rooms are of good size, staff are extremely attentive. The food was a taste sensation experience and coming from New Zealand very affordable to be eating at 5 star level. Even the music played at breakfast and dinner was very tasteful.
