We had a wonderful stay in a spacious room. The staff is super friendly. On the last day we missed breakfast, because we mixed up the breakfast hours (until 11 in weekend, until 10 throughout the week). We were offered a free complementary breakfast by the guest relations manager Daniela at the bar. Her attentive and thoughtful approach elevated our experience very much. She also explained and apologised for the noisy group that was staying there as well since we experienced a lot of noise. They offered us the breakfast for our entire stat for free as an additional service. Very kind of them.

In the chic residential Aventino area of Rome, San Anselmo is a 19th-century villa with a garden where breakfast is served when the weather is nice.

Amazing location, beautiful hotel, and the staff could not have been more hospitable. They even went so far as to make us a cake for our engagement when visiting. Also so many easy, walkable food and drink options nearby or just across the river.

Loved this hotel. Really cute boutique hotel. Very charming and perfectly located next to everything. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bar downstairs has a nice vibe in the evenings on the weekends. They upgraded our room on arrival to a deluxe room which was super nice!
