Our rooms ware comfortable, spacious, nicely furnished and looked pretty much like new. Unfortunately we have stayed there for one night only so I could not check all the amenities in the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel garage is also spacious so there is no problem to park a big car ( it costs 10 euro / night which is fair IMO).

Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast in your room. Very intimate hotel with few rooms, but you feel comfortable in your own space. Fantastic central location. Comfortable beds, wine in room for sale was moderate price and well selected.

I would say that both me and my partner enjoyed everything throughout our whole stay. Room was very nice, everything was clean and breakfast was always perfect. Moreover, the staff was very friendly and helpful on each occasion. Probably this hotel has the best ratio quality/price from Bologna.
