The room was of a good size,it had a mini fridge too but the amazing part is the balcony. It's big and when you wake up and you open the doors to it you are literally immersed in nature: trees and you just hear the birds chirping. For breakfast they have a nice choice of homemade yummy cakes,croissants, and for the savoury side with bread and some ham and different cheese too. The staff did us a mini tour to explain us the history of the convent which was really interesting too. It's great if you want to visit the Marmore falls (they give you a 4euros voucher to visit it) Terni, Piediluco lake, Narni and Spoleto. We loved every bit of our stay and we are sure we will return in the future.

Great people i am talking of the hotel staff i came here with my dog , the place where located the hotel is really strategic just close to.the immense park that bring you to the waterfall from the top to the bottom and i really suggest to.do on this way because there are 600 steps so... The owners have also a good restaurant where you can eat the good cuisine typical of this fantastic region. The breakfast include all homemade cakes but also if you want a breakfast based on eggs and cheese with toastbis possible with no problem 💙☺️🙏🐺🐥🎶🌸☘️🌼🥀🌷🦉🦋🪻🏵the beaty of this nature fascinated me i will come back for sure💖💖

The views are stunning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the restaurant and the dessert of caramel panda cotta was delicious and one of the nicest desserts I have ever eaten. The breakfast buffet had a great selection including scrambled eggs and lovely soft bread rolls. The room was modern with a powerful hot shower.

Booked the hotel on a whim as we were just passing g through but what a wonderful place to stay and the two brothers who run things are fantastic

A wonderful place to stay. Clean & comfortable rooms. A superbly clean pool! Great restaurant- we had a wonderful dinner here. And great breakfast. Lovely staff too. Highly recommend this hotel.
