The hotel is an experience in itself, having been an ancient nunnery and being high up in the old hill-top village of Saluzzo. The place has been tastefully renovated and is very comfortable. The staff are all so friendly and helpful and the spread at breakfast is incredible. I would recommend this hotel to any discerning traveler. We have now visited Hotel San Giovanni three times in the last two years when visiting Italy from France.

Lovely old property about 10 min walk from town Comfortable good sized bedroom and bathroom, very comfortable bed, all very clean. Our room overlooked the grassed courtyard which was lovely. Very quite in all areas of the hotel both inside and out. Excellent breakfast which could be eaten outside. Free onsite parking Excellent value for money

Location and atmosphere was excellent. beautiful views and a lovely town to have a meal in the evening, recommended by Deborah. I am gluten free and I was looked after very well and had an excellent breakfast. Deborah had gone the extra mile! Thank you
