The staff was great, especially Cathy from the front desk. Sweet & very polite lady! The breakfast was amazing, even better than some 4-star hotels we’ve been recently. The room was beautiful,nice furniture and equipped with all the amenities. It even had a type C & USB plug!!

Had everything we needed! Clean rooms, great amentities, friendly service and a genuinely good hotel breakfast. Despite being far from the train station there are multiple direct buses that will get you between the two! The staff were very helpful and friendly too.

Big comfy bed, spotlessly clean hotel, very friendly staff front of house, dining room, and cleaning staff. Breakfast was a treat, huge variety to suit all tastes, not often pizza, tiramisu, and prosecco feature on breakfast menus!

The staff is a key at this place, very helpfull. They helped me to book a table at one really great restaurant in La Spezia, Osteria de Barteli, which was full by locals. Always open to spend time to answer all questions. The breakfast is also great, even include fried eggs. The bar is also great. The serve a drink with some snacks.
