The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was great. The bathroom was an amazing size and the shower pressure was amazing. But the best thing was the breakfast, so delicious!!!

The Bastione Spasimo Boutique Hotel personnel were amazing! We had a misfortune and missed our flight, so we weren't able to check in at the agreed time (we arrived well past midnight), but nevertheless the personnel recorded a video just for us and sent it via WhatsApp where they explained the whole procedure of how to enter the hotel using a code, find the room keys in a locker, and navigate to our rooms. While we were stranded at the airport, lol, they prepared everything for us and even asked to leave a breakfast box for us if we planned to leave early in the morning. Rooms were modern and clean, the ceiling was spectacular, and the garden was amazing! Like a botanical garden in the city center! Unfortunately we stayed for only one night and didn't have enough time to use the pool in the garden but did manage to drink the morning coffee beside it.

I had a really great experience staying at LOCANDA SANTAMARINA. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, yet peaceful. The staff were very friendly and made dinner reservations for us. The room was beautifully decorated and spacious as was the bathroom. The hotel was right in the historic centre but being on a side street, was quiet at night. It was a delight staying here!
