We arrived at the hotel on time and we were received by Mr. Nikita who was really polite and really helpful in terms of helping us around the city. We stayed a full week here and we must say it's wonderful, although our room was a bit small it was just perfect for a couple like us. During the week there's always someone at the front desk if we need any assistance with anything, being Mr. Vladimir the most common face. What to say about Mr. Vladi? He was simply the best host we've ever had in any hotel. I rate this hotel 5 stars in every way. We loved it.

Great double bed for the parents and a large sofa bed for the younger one. We slept extremely well also because of the light-blocking curtains. The room was large and included a full desk for the occasional need to use the laptop. We were extremely pleasantly surprised to receive fresh fruits in the morning. The breakfast was very well balanced, a lot to choose from, and very very tasty! Not to forget about the coffee, just right! Staff always attentive and helpful, on the few occasions we asked for it. Close to buses that took us to the city centre. Will definitely consider coming back to this hotel if we return to Rome.

This is our second stay here, and we have chosen it as our preferred hotel in Rome. The location is perfect, just a few steps from the metro, supermarkets, a bakery, and several restaurants. The staff is exceptionally friendly, from the reception to the breakfast team, always willing to help. The breakfast and cleanliness are excellent. We highly recommend it.
