Excellent front desk staff- Stephan helped me find my wallet when I accidentally dropped my wallet in a taxi. He helped us find and tracked the taxi. He never stopped to follow up with the taxi company until it was returned to us. What a big relief. I offered Stephan(sorry if I spelled his name wrong) a reward for helping me but he refused and said it is his job to help customers. He deserves a promotion! Thank you very much, Stephan!

Ramada is great hotel, with outside pool that is big advantage in summer months. Studio comes with big terrace that we enjoyed as well. Location is great, just 7min by foot to the nearest metro station and can take zou to city center(duomo) in less than 20 min. Staff was really nice and smiley and helpful as well cause they answered questions even before actually checking in the hotel. i can only recommend and if I ever will be in Milan again this will be my go to place.
