Nice location, extremely friendly and helpful hosts, extra clean room, lovely garden. It just immediately felt like home.

Location is great, 5 min walk from Centrale station. You just need a metro pass to get from Centrale station to Cadorna for all the tourists sites. The staff were very friendly, helpful with queries on how to get around. The room was quite stylish and was clean. Breakfast was great. There was a really good mix of food. The breakfast staff were lovely. Big shoutout to Jezza who was super friendly and greeted us with a smile every morning.

I personally thank everyone in the restaurant and reception. They work very hard all the time and they make time to answer your questions and be kind and helpful. Milan might be a cosmopolitan city, but this hotel certainly felt Italian in the best meaning.

The staff are so friendly, we arrived a few hours before our room was ready, went to explore the city and upon our return we were upgraded as it was my birthday that they gathered from my passport. Very helpful not intrusive and genuinely kind service. Very impressive
