The hotel is comfortable with spacious rooms, teapot and coffee machine in room. Very nice paintings and photos everywhere. The breakfast was international. Staff polite but not very friendly. I like the receptionist he was more friendly.

Great fresh hotel, very comfortable, clean and quiet. Comfortable beds and in general well kitted room. Check in was quick, staff friendly and free parking made it very convenient. Breakfast exceeded our expectations like the hotel itself did. Highly recommended!

There is a pleasant atmosphere, smell and light in the hotel. Very clean and spacious rooms The corridors and lobby who live up to expectations with splendid antique furniture, sculptures, paintings and prints, along with fresh flowers, rich fabrics and marble floors. The staff is very professional, friendly and creating a warm, hospitable atmosphere that never tips over into stiff formality. In the past we visited hotels like Aman in Asia, Peninsula and ITC in India. This hotel can easily compete with the top. Grade: 10/10

Big spacious room with high ceilings. Our room windows were facing the busy street so expect noise, if you're a light sleeper then you should avoid this room. The noise didn't really bother us as we're basically exhausted from exploring Bologna. Bathroom is separated from the room and you have to cross the common rooms by if you need to go the bathroom.
