I stayed here in July and August. I cant stay enough about the staff. They are excellent! They are so friendly, welcoming and helpful! I was very comfortable here. Both times I stayed, there were some complications-the hotel would be full for the next day when I would try to book and they helped me figure it out-personally calling other hotels to ensure I would have a place to stay. They are a very genuinely kind and caring staff. The manager went out of his busy day to help me change hotels by walking with me and carrying my heavy luggage(thank you!). Hisham spent a lot of time trying to help me figure out accommodation and was so helpful (thank you!). Dena and Mohammed went out of their way to ensure my stay was good (thank you!). The service and staff at this hotel are amazing, I felt very taken care. I did not experience this level of care in other hotels I stayed in in Amman. The hotel is centrally located and I was able to walk around to see many sites. Its a very busy area so lots to see if you like to wander around. I would definitely recommend Beirut Hotel !

The hotel is superclean, in a very good location in the city nearby most the attractions in amman. The room is very spacious. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Mr. Momen the manager ,the front disk ,made sure our stay is pleasant. The hotel also provides transportation and tours upon request. So very good value for the money.

The service from Rami, Nour, Laith and the entire team was amazing! Best service I've ever received and the team are super helpful. Bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on and the place was very clean!

    I would recommend visiting the Roman Theater in Amman for its impressive architectural design and historical significance. This well-preserved theater, dating back to the 2nd century AD, offers a glimpse into ancient Roman life.     Our hotel Concorde was opposite the Roman Theatre and it is...

    Our hotel Concorde was opposite the Roman Theatre and it is the first day we went to see this and it is free entry with Jordan Pass. Interesting walk up and lovely view. Advised not to go when it raining and there is no safety as rock tend to be slippery and nothing to hold on. There is two free museum adjacent to this and worth visiting about History of Jordan life.

    Great place.

    Great place. Shame you now have to pay to get in but fortunately not very expensive. Kids love running up and around the amphitheatre, but it is scary high and steep. Surprisingly few people tumble down the steps, but not great to go to the top unless you have a head for heights. You are daft if you visit Amman and a)don't visit the theatre, and b) take a walk through downtown Amman looking for one of the many cafes and restaurants that cater for locals. Folk are almost always incredibly kind even if you can't communicate. Take a risk and try something random off the Arabic menu, or ask someone to suggest something.

    The location of the hotel is right in the centre of Amman,it is exactly opposite of the Roman theatre and Amman citadel is 5 minutes walk. Hotel manager Marwan is very friendly and Caring towards guests he also arranged incursions and ziarah tours we went to " salat" where prophet Shoaib, ayub and yusha bin noon AS shrines were, also visited mazar Al karak where hazrat jaffer bin abi talib and Abdullah bin rawah RA shrines are. It is also very competitive and good value for money.

    The cabin hostel is located in the centre of Amman, very close to the citadel and the roman theatre. The 2-persons private room is modeslty but well-equipped, with good and functioning A/C, ideal for a 1-night stay. The hostel itself has nice furniture in the common areas.

    The Merryland is well located, it’s clean the rooms are spacious and comfortable excellent value for money. The Amman citadel Roman theatre & King Abdullah Mosque are all within walking distance. The hotel organised an excellent driver to take us to Jerash, the restaurant he recommended was excellent. Good eateries also within 10 minutes walk

    It is a city hotel, not too far away, by car, from the citadel, roman theatre and the Rainbow street but these are all the positive we can report after a relatively sleepless night caused by loud slamming of doors until late into the night and an early morning wake up since the windows are not sound proof and we therefore enjoyed the early morning call for prayer. Why a hotel is not able to install door closing systems that don't wake everyone up because you have to slam them is beyond my understanding.

    Room was spotless and spacious , great location 15min walk to roman theatre. Staff incredibly friendly and couldn't do anymore. Breakfast good. Special mention to Saber our taxi driver organised by the hotel. We left our bag with money and passports in back of taxi at airport . Only realised after getting into airport, he had contacted hotel that texted us to let us know so we got it back safely a very kind move.

    A cosy, fantastic hotel in the centre of Amman, clean rooms with a kettle to make tea, fresh water added every day, Fantastic view on the city from the seventh floor where breakfast is served, nice and helpful staff, the hotel is close to The Roman Theatre and the Citadel. I really recommend it to everyone staying in Amman.
