the view is significantly amazing you will have Mount Fuji up close in front of your eyes. Cozy warm and relaxing place. Hotel personnel were all friendly and homey. wished our stay were longer.

Big open grounds, friendly staff, great amenities. Unfortunately it rained during our stay but there was a moment where we could see Mt Fuji, so the view would usually be fantastic. Very close to the nearby lake as well.

    Location was fabulous, spectacular views with easy bus accessibility to attractions we were keen to see - for us, outdoorsy things like the Ice Cave, Wind Cave, Bat Cave, Aokigahara forest. . Room was spacious, view from room was insane! Onsen facilities were great. Was quiet and relaxing.
