The design of the property is special. the art items are good. The restaurant Peak is excellent.

Prompt response to queries. They really take good care of their guests. They helped us with restaurant reservations— and those restos were amazing!The lady that helped us settle in 2 days before, happened to be at the resto we were dining in. It was her day off from work and having her dinner. She got up from her seat and patiently took time to help us pick food and drinks from the Japanese menu! Big space for 4 adults. Having 2 toilets is a plus! Even though we can hear some loud noises late night on the street, we still had good sleep because of the comfortable sheets and mattresses.

Great location, easy to locate by car and has ample parking space. It was near attractions, food, and the mall and convenience stores. House was big and clean, with great amenities. It came well stocked from toiletries to kitchen appliances. There were two onsens, one indoors and one outdoors, it was great to relax there especially after a rainy day. We would definitely consider staying there again! The check in process was smooth and only took 2 minutes. I had requested for the pre check-in link like another review suggested - it made it much easier if everything was pre-filled. Information about the property was well organized and easy to find.

The Onsen was great, loved the free drinks and breakfast. Location was perfect, near to everything.

Beppu Daiiti Hotel is conveniently located a 1-minute walk from JR Beppu Station. Simply furnished, it offers affordable accommodations with massage services. A pay parking lot.
