But what made it really exceptional was the service and attention we received from Umeki-san and Catatani-san. Very nice little gem. Our room for our family of four was very spacious. We can lay out all of our luggages. We each had our own beds. The lounge was perfect for my 18 and 20yo boys with pool and dart and free flow alcohol. Our room was facing the ocean and was able to watch sunset. Convenience store was right across from hotel. Breakfast included was exceptional. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very clean, beautifully decorated and with large and comfortable rooms. The staff is very helpful. I also took a massage course in the hotel spa - that was AMAZING! Would definitely recommend!

the best resort I ever stayed. staff of the hotel will make sure you are very comfortable. if you want something just ask and they make it happen. they even gave us a upgrade as the stay was a surprise for my partner as I proposed on the trip.

Huge pool area and waterslide. Large rooms. Two options for breakfast - Japanese fine dining (limited to 100 servings each day) and Qwachi, although says Western has some Japanese options (natto, curry, omusubi, miso soup). Qwachi is great for families. Ample parking. Beach access 2 mins by shuttle or 5-10 mins walk. Great location for visiting Churaumi Aquarium and Busena Marine Park. Convenient location if you have a car. Join the rewards club to get discount on Qwachi buffet dinner.
