I love the location! 2 minutes walk from the train station, close to downtown and access to restaurants and shopping, close to Gion district (about 25 minutes if you walk), we booked superior apartment which has lots of space . we also love the washer! would come stay here again

Huge hotel room. We asked the staff to remove the table and armchairs as we were travelling with our baby Rio. Wasn’t any problem at all. The staff was always very helpful and supportive especially when the suitcase ship to another hotel. Thanks again!!

The Hotel is super modern, clean, well designed, and located close to everything in central Kyoto. Checkin and out are a breeze. Internet is free and fast. The room was comfortable and functional. You get complementary water and coffee. The bathroom is quite big for Japanese standards and you get a separate WC closet, but with hand wash sink, which is a nice detail. AC was working perfectly and emitted no noise. Pillows in Japan are usually small, but here we got two each. Fluent English was spoken by staff.
