We loved the breakfast with raclete and special local items lpudding, tofu and much more like curry and rice. I skept the usual continental breakfast both of them available in the buffet service. It seems that the installations are new, the gym was spacious compared to others in Tokyo and Kyoto. The laundry was really good with a good quantity of machines, the iron was available in our floor and probably in each floor. Short distance between the train station 5 minutes walking.
