I am so happy I choose this hotel - a perfect location in the heart of Asakusa, top stairs from Ginza line, Tobu Line, Asakusa line making it super easy to transfer oneself around Tokyo. A top plus is the direct connection to Haneda / Narita airports via Asakusa line. The hotel staff & cleaning team was awesome, always supporting us and ensuring our stay is comfortable. Thank you so much! P.S you need to try Ichiran ramen just right next to Tobu hotel. Top notch!

The staff were very helpful, polite and always willing to put that extra effort. Location was fantastic, close to subway and the Sensoji shrine in the heart of Asakusa.

10/10 service. front desk lady was very helpful and nice, made calls for me when i lost a bag, and did free upgrade. the room is great too, clean, rather large with washer and dryer
