The hotel is very well located and convenient for exploring the city, having a meal or shopping. It is located on the top floors of Muji flagship store in Ginza. There is a bus stop of Narita Airport Bus, just around the corner, which is very convenient for arrival/departures. Rooms are on the small side, by Western standards, but standard by Japanese. A lot of wood is used in the interior design which makes it a nice place to relax in a big city full of concrete and glass. All standard amenities are provided, including Muji cosmetics for face cleaning and moisturising. Coffee machine with capsules in the room. The breakfast was quite nice. While not including lots of items there was a good quality selection of both Japanese and Western foods. The breakfast area is used as a lounge for hotel guests between 16:00 to 21:00. It is convenient after coming back from city exploration to stop there for a drink or snack.

Great location. Room is big enough for family of 4. We booked 2 twin beds and combine them together and it sleeps well for 2 adults and 2 kids. Room was clean and shower room and toilet were separated which is really good. Highly recommend.

The best hotel you could possibly stay at in Tokyo! Amidst all the modernity, this classic, well-maintained hotel stands out with its exceptional hospitality. It’s conveniently located within walking distance of Shimbashi Station, convenience stores, restaurants, and the ever-popular Don Quijote. The rooms are incredibly spacious—a rare find in Tokyo! There are even more highlights: in-room massage services (pay extra), a direct airport limousine bus to Narita Airport (pay extra), and several restaurants within the building (though we chose to explore dining options elsewhere). This hotel truly has everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. It’s the perfect choice for your final stop before flying out of Tokyo!

Absolutely loved seeing kabuki for the first time!

Absolutely loved seeing kabuki for the first time! Some tips: if you’re not someone who already enjoys theater, you might not enjoy sitting through the whole 3.5-4 hour show. Instead, it might be better to get the less expensive single act standing tickets the day of, if you just want to experience kabuki a little. 100% get the English audio guides if your Japanese isn’t great (and even if it is, it would probably help for understanding the context of what is going on). I chose to sit in the balcony A seats, but wish I’d splurged on second class, or even first class seats. Sometimes it was a little hard to see the whole stage from the balcony, and the seats below offer a much better view/more immersive experience. Make sure to purchase a bento to eat during intermission before entering (you can buy them in the basement). There are not a lot of food options in the theater, but plenty of drink options (and taiyaki if you’re looking for a quick snack). The intermissions are long (30 and 20 minutes respectively), but break up the show well.
