To its credit, the rooms were large and quite roomy, the buffet was decent in the morning, and the staff were very nice. There is a free "loop shuttle" from the shin-kobe station to the hotel (though not to the Kobe Airport which is a pain if you want to take the Bay Shuttle to KIX).
