Close to port and town with easy access to buses, restaurants, and the local supermarket. Motomachi port is very close and convenient if your ferry arrives/ departs there; in our case, we arrived at the other port but the owner sent us his friend Natsumi to pick us up which was super nice and welcomed. As a bonus, she spoke English really well and gave us a lot of great information. The breakfast included a salad, waffles, coffee and more. She also assisted me in exchanging my cash the atm did not work, and found my missing sunglasses. She’s let me rent her bike which I got plenty of enjoyment from. She provided me a lift back to Motomachi port when my start was over. The island was beautiful.
