There was a variety of food to be offered. My favorite was that the hotel had an onsen on the 11th floor. They also provided treats throughout the day and Ramen service at night. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh tempura being fried and lots of tasty Japanese dishes to try if you didn't want western. The apple juice was wonderful (a Nagano specialty). I loved the local greens (Nozawana). Being at one end of the Nagano Station was just so convenient for arrival and departure and meeting a tour. A huge buffet with all you can ask for, great coffee, and a very effective booking system that allows people to sit comfortably without waiting in line. We had a lovely view from our room, with snowy mountains. The WiFi worked perfectly. They have a free shuttle bus that goes to Nagano station hourly.
