Location: The Centara Grand in Osaka is located very centrally, 10 Minutes by foot to Namba Station. Right next to the Hotel is a very nice Shopping Mall with great Brands and a nice food court. Hotel: The Hotel itself was very very clean, the interior design was also of amazing taste. The big windows and the lighting made a welcoming and elegant atmosphere that i really enjoyed. The check-in was on the second floor and everything went flawless. The Hotel offers several restaurants you can visit, as well as in-room dining service 24/7. Room: Our Room had an absolutely amazing view of Osaka on the 19th floor. The room itself was the cleanest i had ever experienced, everything looked clean, new and fresh. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was extremely clean and everything was just on point. The TV offered a Chromecast and several other services like Netflix that i really enjoyed. Amenities: The room offered all the amenities you could need, from toothbrush to soap and conditioner. Service: The service was above and beyond. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast: The food was really amazing, some dishes are made fresh before you and the selection was great: western, japanese, european and even thai. All the meals were very delicious. The staff was quick and friendly during breakfast and i have no complaints. Overall: One of the best hotels i have ever been to, i would definitely stay here again. I really recommend this hotel.

Perfect for a group stay! The room was very spacious, modern, clean, and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our ACs stopped working in the middle of the night, but the security guard in charge gave immediate help. Would definitely come back the next time we visit Osaka.

The location was beyond incredible- literally didn’t have to leave the metro stop! I also loved that we could walk underground almost the entire way to the market. It’ll be the only place we stay when we return to Osaka. The rooms are clean and gorgeous, the staff was so sweet, can’t get over how great the stay was.

Amazing location. Staff were so friendly and helpful, especially with helping with luggage and informing us about the shuttle service to drop us off at Osaka station. Room was by far the most spacious we’ve experienced in Japan. Highly recommend.

My my my, where to begin? I absolutely LOVE this hotel. It's a Buddhist hotel so it is very very quiet and clean and they have strong incense burning right from the hotel entrance which I loved. The room I stayed in was a traditional style room with tatami floor. The bed is VERY comfortable it does not even feel like you are on the floor. The breakfast was very new for me as it was Buddhist cuisine which I have never had. It was delicious and people were eating in silence while sitting on the floor. I loved every bit of it❤️

    Very big hotel with good location and clean and quiet rooms. Right next to Namba parks. It is a 10min walk from the nearest subway, but there are a lot of shops and restaurants on the route to explore while passing.

    We like Yuki's location the most! Right at DenDen Town so we can start shopping right away. Walking distance to Shinsaibashi and Dotonburi and Namba Parks is just across the street! Room is clean and spacious. Its very quiet too so we all had restful sleep while we stayed.

    The location was excellent, steps away from Namba station, Namba Parks mall, money exchange and storage lockers and everything you need! Shinsaibashi is only about 18min walk. The staff were very helpful and courteous and the apartment very comfortable for 2 adults and a 12 year old. Most importantly the space was clean and everything we needed for a comfortable 4 nights stay and more was available.
