    This is a budget hotel that is located near Dotonbori, Kuromon and Namba. The Shimbashi metro station is nearby, and you can walk almost entirely underground to Namba Station. The queen-size bed was a bonus, and the bathroom, though a bit oddly designed, was comfortable and made the room seem larger than it is. The fridge and AC were super cold, the shower had great pressure and was scorching hot, and the room was dark and quiet. I would stay there again.

    Having read the previous review, found it is hard to walk to exit 3 via stairs with heavy luggage as we come from the direction of Osaka station instead of Namba station. At the 2nd floor, there was a common room for laundry machine and free coffee. This is the only hotel providing new towels everyday in our two-week trip. You can have breakfast in the chain restaurant across the street, or buy some from nearby 7/11 store.

    I loved the location close to the Namba station. It was also quiet with a lot of options nearby for food and shops as well. The hotel had a washer/dryer which I used. The room was very clean and had everything I needed.

    I really enjoyed my stay at Centara Grand Hotel Osaka. The property was very clean and modern, with comfortable rooms and a beautiful view from the room. The location was excellent, just steps away from Dotonbori Market and Namba Park, making it easy to enjoy the best of Osaka’s food, shopping, and entertainment. It was also very close to Namba Station, which made traveling around the city incredibly convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka.

    Convenient location as it is near Namba station and to the shopping area. Apartment hotel is well equipped, and if you needed anything you have to send them a message through their portal. They do reply quite promptly during working hours.

    Incredibly convenient location! It's just 2 minutes walk to Exit/Entrance B26 to Underground Street which connects to both Kintetsu and Metro Namba station. Aiaibashi Shopping Street is 1 minute away and Dontonburi is just 3 minutes away. Though it is located in the vibrant area of Osaka, this apartment is quiet and safe, even when we went back at late nights. The room is clean and neat.

    Perfect location in Namba area, 10minutes walk to Shinsaibashisuji, Kuromon Market, as well as Namba station. For a family of 2 adults and 1 young child, the room is sufficient with ample kitchen facilities to cater for everyday needs. By the way the Udon/Tempura Noodle House next to the apartment is superb and reasonably priced!!! We couldn't be happier with our selection of this Suite as our place of stay during our 5-day visit to Osaka this month. We will most likely stay there again next time we visit Osaka. Highly recommend!
