Only about an 11 min walk from Numazu Station, minutes away from the Nakamise Shopping Street and other main shopping streets. Also lots of restaurants and convience stores all super close. The staff were super friendly and nice and the hotel as a whole was beautiful and very fancy feeling but not to the point of being unwelcoming. It was about a 20 min walk from Numazu Station but I did not mind at all. I had fun exploring and doing the local stamp rally. The staff were helpful and friendly. I stayed at this hotel because I used to live nearby, so it was interesting to visit the area years after having lived there. Hotel is next to the north exit of Numazu station which is the beginning of the Gotemba line. Many convenience store options on the doorstep with a large supermarket in the basement of the small shopping centre near the South exit of the station. Room itself was clean and comfortable, hotel staff were very friendly, with English speaking reception staff available. Very convenient. Staff speaks broken English but makes his effort to explain to us about the facilities of the hotel. Complimentary breakfast is included. Japanese buffet breakfast is superb.
