The hotel has easy access to the main train station which allowed us to do our day trips to Nara very easily. Excellent access to city Metro. Excellent underground shopping and restaurants. The room was very nice, clean, beds were comfy. Good breakfast. But the most impressive was the incredibly helpful staff. The staff helped us obtain tickets to the World Expo and went above and beyond helping us with that. EXCELLENT STAFF!!!!!!

Hotel was very clean, modern and nicely decorated. Staff were friendly, helpful and spoke good English. Location is great, near Kyoto station (10 - 15 minutes away by foot) and there is also a subway station nearby.
