    A good location and a walkable distance from Niigata station and to Toki Messe. The room was spacious and the big baths were nice. The breakfast was nice, too.

    -Although not located near the JR Niigata but its location is very near Sado Kisen Ferry Terminal which is the gateway to Sado Island and it is also located next to Toki Messe which is a large conference center -View from the room is good -Room size is good -Staffs are polite -Very reasonable price
