Very chic, modern and boutique hotel. Comfy rooms with enough room, great quality of cosmetics and tea. Amazing location next to the Main Street in Ahikabara, but still very quiet. Neighborhood is fun to explore even though if you’re not the biggest anime fan.

Nice hotel, room was spacious by Tokyo standards, a very comfortable bed, and with an excellent shower. Staff were always helpful, and the breakfast was even better than I expected. Access to Ueno station on foot was quick and it took us 10 minutes to walk to the Skytrain (direct to Narita airport) which avoided us having to tackle Tokyo subway with luggage at peak time. The hotel was very quiet, but just around the corner was a street market and plenty of restaurants / shops.

Great location to Ueno station, 10 minute walk. Lots of shopping and food options nearby. Easy Uber eats delivery. Staff were wonderful caring and understanding when we had flight issues. Organised bag transfers for us. Rooms were comfy for family of 4, beds comfy. Bunks for kids and a good seating area. Large size fridge and decent kitchenette.

The hotel offers good value for money. The breakfast was fabulous, with over 100 dishes. It offers good all times services which are hardly encountered in European 5 stars hotel, such as pijamas, newspapers by the door in the morning, full face treatment products in the bathroom. The location is also very convenient, not only for trains, but also for buses and taxis.

    We stayed in the Green room. It was very large and comfortable for our family. The pictures don't do it justice. Close to station, convenience stores, eateries and MacDonald's. Tokyo dome was across the road from the hotel. There were laundromat facility in the hotel. Cost about 700 yen to wash and 600 yen to dry. No microwave in the room but guests can use the one in the cafe. Overall was a great stay for our family and would definitely stay here again.

    Very clean and super convenient as it was next to a train station. Also close to the Tokyo dome which had a mini amusement park filled with nice shops and food. Also if you love baseball you must watch a game there. Staff went above and beyond very professional and attendant. Honestly couldn't speak more highly about the staff there, any questions and they'd there best and more to help us out.
