The room is spacious and the staff is courteous. We paid an additional 2400 yen for breakfast with quite a decent variety. There is no laundry facility but it has an Iron room. Getting from NRT to Tokyo Bay (Disney) area: JR train from NRT to Tokyo station is easy. Transfer to line to Mirihama Station (to catch monorail) is NOT! Do not try to drag luggage.
